Karen qualified from the University of Salford with an honours degree in Podiatric Medicine and holds certificates in Local Anaesthesia and Prescription Only Medicine. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
Since graduating, Karen has worked in private practice and set up the practice in Rawtenstall in January 2015. She has a special interest in general footcare and diabetes and strives to provide the very best of care to all her patients.
Claire studied at the University of Huddersfield where she gained an honours degree in Podiatric Medicine and an Advanced Certificate in Local Anaesthesia.
Claire is qualified to give advice and treat a wide range of issues with the lower limb, from corns, calluses and nails to foot pain and orthotic prescription.
She is committed to all her patients and will always work with each patient to get the best possible outcome.

What To Expect
During your first appointment a detailed medical history will be taken, including any medications that you take. A camera may be used (with your consent) to record the condition of your feet before, during and after treatment.
A foot health assessment will be carried out to include the condition of your nails, skin and circulation before making a diagnosis and discussing a treatment plan.
At Rossendale Footcare we aim to provide the best possible standards of care at all times. Our podiatrists are trained to degree level and are fully insured. They regularly attend courses to improve their knowledge and the services offered within the practice and maintain a program of continued professional development to ensure their skills are up to date.
